Remapping R1

Hello to everyone,

My name is Ivo, I am from Croatia.
My bike is YZF R1 2015, previously I owned Honda CBR 1000 RR 2008, glad I am back with Yamaha.

I have Akrapovic slip on and recently I get rid of that ugly looking cat and installed Akrapovic mid pipe. I have also removed AIS system and that reduced the pooping and bangs significantly but still, I can feel that bike needs remapping now.
Unfortunately there is no many competent shops which offer dyno tuning here in Croatia, so now I am basting my head what’s the best I should do.
Should I purchase dynojet power commander or maybe FLASH Tune harness kit and do the flashing myself or what?
Both, power commander and F-Tune doesn’t have map for my configuration, which is European model R1 with Akrapovic slip-on and mid pipe (cat removed).
I hope I can find some useful information on this forum.

Welcome in Ivo
1: Get the harness take the bike to a Dyno and get it mapped there , r1Mike sells the F-tune harness if you look in the Velox racing section of the forum
2: Post your ECU to r1Mike and he'll flash it for you and he has all the maps ready , go to the Velox racing section for more details

Thank you for your reply.
Sending the ECU by post is one of the options I considered, but there is always possibility that something goes wrong.
At the end, I think I will take the bike to some good tuner with dyno, I hope I can find someone here to do the job.
