Welcome to the forum
Ollie, tell us a bit about your biking history so we can get to know you and vice versa, also what you like about your banger and what you don’t like (if there is anything)
We are a good bunch of lads and lassies who have a laugh together ..... mostly at Jompy.... but you will soon see why...... it’s his taste in bikes.... or actually... lack of taste in the modifications he made to a beautiful R1....... even the yanks find what he did strange.... lol
Anyway welcome
Oh... monkey face (that’s Jompy ) I’m only pulling your leg mate [emoji3]
Welcome
Stephen [emoji3]

Thanks all for the warm welcome!
When I was 18 I got my Gsxr 1000 k8 which I kept for 3 years I loved that bike!
I’ve had x2 bandit 1200s
Hayabusa 2004
Zx10r 2015
Ktm 990 adventure
X2 ktm 450 exc
Gsxr 750 k1
Quite a few different bikes! (I’m 24) I’m in the motorcycle trade so I guess why all different bikes !
I love the r1 I changed the sprockets -1 + 1 just bought some carbon bst wheels, only thing I don’t like is the judder at pull away and clutch changes....

Quite some history there mate.
80-90 notes and an hour or two will sort your clutch judder no probs. Graves clutch kit mod is a must on the bangers. They’re horrible for it. A few discussions on here and one or two YouTube vids around will help.

Perfect will look into that!
Do you know if 2008 4c8 chain adjusters (lightech) will fit mine?

Some nice bikes there bud and still so young (very envious

)
Ive had a k4 GSXR750 and i really liked that bike but the paintwork and suspension was poor - ktech sorted the suspension but the paintwork was so soft
Aways fancied the 2004 ZX10 but bought the R1 instead until i parked it in a sheep!
Had quite a few bikes but no in as shorter time as you, got a mint 4xv now for very sunny days

Hi there and welcome to the forum, the Graves Clutch mod (which we do) will help with the clutch on pulling away.
Looking forward to some pics of the Crossplane

I'm guessing not but only because they are listing them as different parts and prices.
Give Reactive Parts a quick call or drop em a line. They stock them in the UK and are great to deal with.
