exup vavle"what a nightmare"

Hi everyone!
any one got any ideas? ive stripped/cleaned and greased my exup valve, lubed and adjusted cables 4 times this week and I still get an intermittent 7k fault code!!!

Have you checked the cables are the correct tension? is the valve tight at all? have you cleaned the servo motor? have you cleaned the servo motor connections?

Sounds like the cables could be too tight maybe

if it makes you feel better i got an ex up valve problem (i think) no fault issues but you aint filling me with confidence taking it out!!!

fairly easy to take out and strip its probably that im blind in my left ear and cant directly see the problem!! lol.

Throw the fuckin thing in the bin , you don't need it :D , I whipped mine out off my 5PW , best thing I ever did too the bike, youll need too sort fuelling but nothing a good dyno operator cannae sort
