Hi guys,

Thought I'd pop in and say hello I'm Shane from Chesterfield, I've just traded in my modded K8 GSXR 750 for a mint modded 4000 mile 2007 Laguna Seca Colin Edwards replica R1, I pick the bike up tomorrow morning and I've had that giddy feeling all week like a kid at Christmas lol.

Anyway I'll post some pics up tomorrow after collection but for now I'm going to have a look round the forum to perv on some R1's.

Thanks for the welcome guys, to be honest CMC is where I've bought all of my bikes from including the one I'm collecting tomorrow, there a good bunch down there.

This is a rubbish pic of my new bike but the only one I have at the min, you will see from the pic that the rear seat cover doesn't match but it will do next week as I've got it booked in to be sorted lol.

Thank you, the bike got painted at race paint uk so that's where I'm taking it back. Unsure if you mean the exhaust lol but its got a full system Arata titanium exhaust.

....And yes I did mean the pipes and I now know they aint M4's.

Welcome in Shane plenty of good guys on here should you wish for some help,I am in Derby and regularly up cmc the bike looks great mate only one Ive seen in the Edwards livery will keep an eye out for you next time I go up on a sunny day mines a 12 plate 50th anniversary keep em peeled.
