Hi Everyone, just saying Hi and that after owning my 2008 ZX6r for 2 years i finally bought the R1 that i always wanted

in 3 months of owning the bike i have added a few nice extras: K and N filter, Akra slip ons, Pazzo shorty levers, Bonamici Rear sets, 520 chain and sprocket conversion with +3 teeth on the rear. I had the suspension fully set up on Tuesday at Steve Jordan in Bookham and have already done 4 track days at Brands and silverstone

Hoping for many more happy months of riding the beast and hopefully see some of you about!
Dave

Just been in novice so far this year while trying to learn the bike properly, i certainly werent the slowest in the group, tbh the only people overtaking me were the ones with new technology ie abs, traction control etc lol. what group were you in then?

Hi dave,lovely bike.
How do you rate rate sarah's suspension set up?
Did it make a worth while difference?
Been meaning to get mine set up there for a while.

Yeh definitely worth the money as they do free laser Allignment on ur wheel aswell. On my ninja it made a massive amount of difference in feel and confidence inspiring, I noticed differences on the r1 but something is still preventing the bike feeling spot on just yet. I think most people will agree these bikes work best the harder theyre pushed

I highly recommend it. I always use Stretch (Richard) at SJs, he's a good friend of mine. He set my ZX10R up and has just done my 14B and I'm more than pleased with the changes.

no worries mate sounds like a plan

we are always trying to get more people going. nothing beats the track especially with the road conditions and amount of police nowadays. how did u find brands? if ur that local theres a few of us meeting at boxhill at 9:30 tomo morning if ur about, that goes to anyone btw. should be a good day

possibly riding to brighton after or little hampton depending on the vote.
