Im looking to go for a longish ride on sat morning. Dont know where to yet but was thinking i may travel up country abit and could take the chance to meet some fellow r1 owners? Will need somewhere for coffee and sit down depending on distance

Depends how far ya wanna go,Matlock Bath is a very good place for Bikes
Probably a bit far though

I live in Chelmsford Essex, I'd invite you to stay the night but to be honest I don't think I can be trusted with forum members anymore :-/

Sounds like it will be an interesting ride. My only issue is riding roads i dont know.

Well I met the Tango today bloody good chap sorted me out with some bungs (should have took him up on the bolts though
there on ok but could be improved
) His bike is in great condition a really well looked after example
