feck it ... i was a newbie on the old site ... now a newbie on the new site
(cheers to pete for the pointer to the new hangout)

brief biking history of me :
zx6r f3, zx6r j1, zx6r a1(trackbike), zx6r b1,zx6r p7, cbr1000rr04 and now the owner of a graphite 4C8 R1
crash a few times over the years and broken a few bones here and there

hardly ridden the R1 since collection ... the weather instantly turned to crap... but when I have ridden her I've spanked her good ;)

changed a few bits :
pillion pegs .. binned
pillon seat cowl fitted
db screen
gear indicator
akrapovic carbon cans
akrapovic ti decat pipe
stomp grips
fitted upper r&g bungs
r&g tail tidy and slightly smaller plate
r&g rad guard
r&g paddock bobbins
head light protectors
k&n filter (will go in on the next service)
flash tuned ecu (will get some dyno time next year so sort it sort it out properly)
SHORAI LFX Lithium-Iron Powersports battery

looking at getting a quickshift / autoblipper function sorted via the flash using a strain gauge type switch
(assuming triple output required? will post up questions in the correct section about this.. but suspect i'm going to have to do some testing myself)

kudos on the great looking new forum

and finally my paj

took bub's bike picture into photoshop

Image

cut and paste the panels into different layers (mudguard, side fairing, top fairing, tank, seat unit, exhaust)
with a little bit of re-scaling, rotating and warping over the top of a koolart 2007 R1 from the internet = cartoon bike

angles of the two images are a little different..but kinda still works ok :D
