hi, just joined so thought id say hi, i currently own a 2003 R1 and will soon be posting in the help section on fitting a power commander 3 lol

Think you need to talk to r1Mike but take a look in the velox racing section .
From what i can gather rather than wiring a power commander into your bike you have your Ecu "flashed" , power commander can only alter a few things i believe this is mainly fueling but a "flash tune" can alter most things . On the plus side you can adjust a power commander yourself but would you really mess around with it once it's set ?
From what i've seen/been told you get the best results from both using a dyno/rolling road but r1Mike is getting some great feed back from his postal service

Thanks for that info. Ill look into it. Pc3 is all fitted now so will give that a go now I've finally done it lol
