Just registered as i`m thinking of trying the 2013 R1 out soon.
At the moment riding a Ducati Panigale 1199 which is mainly a track bike and thinking of replacing this with the Yam.
Anyone else done the same switch?
Dave

Best ride the r1 first m8, there a good bike but need a bit of work and cash to get the best out of them, especially if you track her. Pics of the PG would be nice.

Oh a very warm welcome

Thanks.
I`ve also fitted Ohlins FGRT forks to it now and a few other useful track items.

what sort of common mods are needed to the R1 Big Bang to get it sorted for the track?
