Just found this site!
Just purchased a 59plate black R1 cross plane crank.
Not really had the change to take it for a proper run yet
I have been riding bikes for years and in 2005 decided to jump from 600cc which I have always had since passing my test in 1994 to the 1000cc. Had 54plate APRILIA RSV the suzuki GSXR1000k6, Kawasaki zx10, Honda 1000rr, another RSV FACTORY then honda CBR1000rr 2011 repsol blade. In 2012 I had the mad idea to trade the repsol on for a new R6 in white! It was a great bike but crashed it at snetterton! Rebuilt it and just traded it in for the black R1.
I love the sound of the crossplane crank. I had a set of akra's thrown in on the deal.
Just need some nice weather to try her out.
Anyone from he norfolk area?
