This year I will be mostly riding a 2011 R1 which I have just bought from a local stealaship, It's the black with gold wheels model (pics to follow).
I also have a GSXR 1000 K8 Track bike, and have previously owned a CB1000R and a KTM RC8. Been searching around the forum seeing what you guys have been doing to your bikes and will be looking for a few simple mods to do on mine, already got the akra slip ons, and have put a hm quickshifter on to the bike as I had the unit already and just bought a new loom. Looking forward to contributing to the site and learning a few things from it. Andy

Andy I don't know if anyone has ever shown you one but there is this big bit of paper with an aerial view drawing on it.
Its called a M A P.
If you look at the top of that map you will see a country called S C O T L A N D .
Now if you look at the wee words along the bottom of the drawing you will see that it was printed by

Godsabiker Publishers
Isle of Skye
Scotland
SC1 LND
As you are almost a Scotsman we will let your little mistake go

Welcome in

Good point Stevie just wanted to say that I'm proud of my country and I would prefer Scotland to be part of the reason I'm proud.it must be the 6 nations effect it always gets the juices going. In saying that not a chance of getting me on a rugby pitch I'm built for speed which means I can run faster than the enemy.lol

I respect your opinion pal.
For me a future under what is basically an English ruling government I have no state pension to look forward to yet they have no problem taking money from me in tax for it and returning nothing.
Under my own government I could possibly have that pension returned and many more benefits.

Steve I can't comment on the pension situation as I'm not current on the situation up your part of the world and if devolution happens I hope it works out the way it's supposed to but just remember a politician is a politician wether they are English or Scottish they are all fucking self serving liars.

Welcome to the site Andy, I will forgive you for being a Yorkshire man..... From a Lancastrian....., you on wrong side of Pennines mate.....

Seriously welcome and enjoy the site, as you have guessed there is a lot of banter on here, and a lot of Scottish members.
One thing I will say and then I will shut up. I agree politicians are politicians and they look after number one. What I will say about the SNP and this is an English and half welsh person speaking is at least they will ask their countrymen and women for their opinion by holding a referendum and I fir one respect them for that. The SNP knows what it wants but it will only deliver it if that's what the Scott's want.
Westminster on the other hand always knows best, well that's what the politicians think, they are scared sh!tless of asking the electorate for their view because they know we would not agree with them... That's why we will never get a referendum.
I love my country I just wish our politicians were in tune with our people..... But hay that's just my view.
