Hi Mark,

Welcome to the forum bud, nice choice of r1 and the most popular colour too. Peeps on here are very friendly and are always willing to help our and give advice, someone will always know the answer to a bike related question and we have a good go at other questions too.

Tell us a bit about your biking history, and when your new toy arrives post up some pics, we love pics on here.

Welcome in mark
Sounds like you have a 5pw there , all the R1's seem to be quality bikes . pop along to the 5pw section in the R1 specific section , download the manuals & read till your hearts content & if you have any Q's ask away .
when you get your 5pw post some pic's up for us but in the mean time give us a bit about your biking history :)

from personal experience i think that you'll not notice much if any performance difference between most straight through pipes , i think it's more about looks & quality . one things for sure , take the fucking baffles out lol
