Hi all, think I may have jumped the gun a bit with my post about noisy engine yesterday and not introduced myself first . My names Brian and I'm from chard, Somerset. I own a 20000 mile 2000 r6 that I bought in 2012 in need of some tlc . It had been painted Matt black all over and had the rear subframe chopped to allow for a 2007 2co rear end with solo seat conversion.....it was ok to start with but I soon got bored and wanted to put it back to oe so last year it was back to the way it should be. When I find out how to I will post some pics up just thought I'd say hi and what a great forum this is

Hi and welcome,i am sure you will find out what is wrong with the engine,mine ticks as well but mine is on the clutch side..but it still works and doesn't slip so it ok for now.
