Newbie From S Wales

Hi Guys,
Yam.A.HA here found this site by selling an item on ebay to one of your members ;)

Ride a 4C8 in the fastest colours Red n White. Whislt I'm introducing myself am on the hunt for the R/H belly pan OEM in red. Looking for one that's mint binned it :violin: last week in S Wales on a familiar fecking road and in the process of replacing damaged panels. So if any of you guys have/know for one PLEASE let me know Cheers ;)

Am from Llanelli, its a town West of Swansea. Was out with a mate on his S1 RR between llandovery and Builth.

Anyone from my neck of the woods/Valleys??

yeah know where you mean mate , my mrs is originally from the porthcawl/bridgend area , used to work in JT's & thunder road as well as M&P's old old place . i know builth as well , been to the bike rally there & my mates business is based there . some loverly roads around there , met my Mrs when she lived in Aberystwyth love the road from A470 builth to llangurig & then A44 to Aberystwyth .

think theres a couple on here from that area like welsh matt

Welcome in Stuart, agreed red and white the best colours :clap: . nice intro bud, but some pics pls, we love pics on here. This is a great forum mate, and it sounds as though you have already helped Pete with his headlights.... Nice one :clap:

Sorry about your off, hope you are ok. Bikes can be repaired, we mere mortals can't be replaced.

I'm just back from my biker mates funeral at the Teepee Village in the valleys near Llandeilo village.

Pics of a binned bike bring back memories, memories I'd rather forget lol!

As for the headlights, If your not happy find me you might, but catch me you won't PMSL ;)

Ha I used to be on a welsh site for bikers and use to have a right laugh lurking when it kicked off, the friendly banter didn't always stay friendly, but made for good reading at times lol

Sorry to hear about the loss of your mate, bad times out there at the mo.

Just been out for a spin over the Gower with the mrs (see rides a yzf R125) first time out since the off, nice to be back out but confidence has taken a bit of a knock, but hey confidence can grow unlike lost limbs or lives....

Hi Stuart,

Just signed up to forum- bought R1 mid April and just got back on road. From Bridgend- not been on road for a few years- racetrack only , starting to do Llandovery run- pm me and we'll hook up for a cuppa and ride out .
