Hi all,
Just picked up this 1999 R1.
What a bike, best bike i've ridden so far.
Been riding 15yrs, started off on a Yamaha XJ600 then onto a Kawasaki ZX6R then 2 Suzuki GSXR600's then had a bit of a break and now back with the R1.

Welcome in simon, that's a beautiful looking bike and you have passed the fits test on the forum..... Well,the only test really, that's a good opening post with a pic of your bike.... is nice one

BTW glad you love your R1 they are truly awesome bikes

Welcome in buddy , lovely clean looking bike, the wheels aint too my personal taste though, if it were mine they'd be coming straight off and going white or blaCK!!!

Thanks for the welcome, you'll be pleased to know the yellow rim tape and wheel stickers are now off and bikes looking much better lol
