Hi all

It's been a while since I have been in the furum so I thought it would be best if I re-introduced myself, I wouldn't want to upset any furum protocols .

My name is Stephen but fjr some strange reason all my biking mates call me steve..... Don't know where that came from.

Anyway I've been into bikes all my life.... This is the first bike I ever owned, it was previously my sisters and given to me as a Christmas present when I was a lot younger than I am now . To be fair, my dad did give it a new coat of paint :P

Image

Then I progressed to this beauty

Image

Everyone in then1970's had one if these.... Including me :P

Image

And then I became a speed greek and got this :P

Image

I eventually got ....

Image

Which wasn't much use really as it wouldn't fit into the frame of the Peugeot

Anyway as you can see I've been into bikes all my life , I hope these pics help you to understand my story, and as this is a biking furum, I hope you will make a fellow two wheeled cyclist welcome. :P

It's good to be back

Oh and just I case yiu didn't notice I'm always getting my words in a mucking fuddle.... I'm not dyslexic .....

Btw do you know what DNA stands fjr..... National dyslexia association :P

Bye fur now

Welcome back Steve
Hope you had a great time in cornwall buddy !
now i have a mission for you , you know how you love stats & that ! well i recon when retirement has calmed down a little for you it'd be a good idea for you to work out the average monthly intake of newbies but more important still what percentage actually come back to reply to their own newbie posts & what percentage go on to be regular posting members !
are you brave enough to take on the challenge ?

Well you see jompy was introducing himself to a newbie and was asking the new member a bit about himself and remarked Cilla will be along in a minute. For a split second I thought of you and your newbie intros! ;)
