Hi Guys,
I'm new in here, brought an R1 about a month ago and luckily brought the best looking one, 07 4C8
Will no doubt need some help and advice in the future but at the moment still getting to grips with it.
I've currently got an old Fazer 600 which I'm reluctant to get rid of as it such a good all round bike and owes me nothing. Had a couple of 600cc sports bike and an Aprilia RSV previously but the R1 is the first litre in line 4 I've had.
I'm based down in Hampshire and a frequent visitor at Loomies (although not for long!) and Alton café, So if you see an immaculate 07 4c8 with huge chicken strips that will be me!
Ride safe guys
Mark.

Hi mate and welcome to the forum, nice looking 4C8.
The DB isn't standard. What mods are you planning ? I hope you have a healthy bank account, you're gonna need it lol

At the moment the bank manager wont allow many mods, but have ordered some crash bungs for it and some tank pads. Will be looking for the usual, end cans, de-cat and PC3 and of course any carbon bling I see on ebay!!
Luckily I live near a place called Dynotech who have rolling road and I've used before, they did an excellent job of setting up my RSV with cans and PC3.
Will be keeping an eye on the parts in the classifieds
