Iam new to this forum and iam looking to post some 5pw parts on line.

Do I need to make 10 posts before being allowed acces to the for sale section

I have got two engines for sale and loads of spares.

Forgot to say I have got a nice early ty175 as well as my early dt 175.

Firstly nice of you to come clean and ask for a change!

Thanks guys for such a welcoming response.

I bought a space frame race car that was going to have a 5 pw engine fitted into it.
The parts list that came with it was quite good I E wiring looms radiator throttle bodies exhaust manifold power commander and the list goes on.
The guy supplied me with a complete 5 pw engine which was allegedly good. I had it checked out by my local bike shop and they told me that the engine had been previously stripped and poorly reassembled and consequently the crank was no good.
I contacted the seller right away to complain and some reimbursement was made to me.

I then consequently purchased a 11k miles engine as a replacement from Hills motorcycle breakers from a 2003 5 pw. The engine had been run and checked ok.
The engine has a 30 day warranty on it and now due to a change of plans the two engines and all the R1 spares are up for sale.
The good warranted engine owes me £ 900 pounds complete with carbs etc
The other engine is complete with good crank cases and gearbox / clutch. Basically it's all there and iam looking for £250 the whole thing.

some one will have your hand off at £250 for an engine but £900 you'll struggle , try offsetting it if they don't sell , if mark ypvs want's the one for £250 let him have it the guys a star & is always trying to help people out
