Hi folks
I'll be acquiring a 4xv R1 soon enough from a mate which I'll be using on track, well that's the plan anyway but I might use it on the road as well.
I've got a C2 9r for the road so the initial plan is track and track only for the yam but I'll see how it goes.
Cheers

Cheers guys
I'm up in killin, great roads round here
I'll get some pics up,I've not picked the bike up yet and it looks like I won't get much use of it until next year but I want to have a bit of time on the road with it before hitting the track. I've not been on track since 2010 and that ended in tears.

Welcome in Wull, another member from North of the wall, I see you have already chatted with our Locke ... Or colon as he is known, that doesn't mean he is an arse, far from it, someone mistakenly spelt his name wrong once

and typed colon instead of Colin .... Simple enough mistake... And he is now known to all his friends as colon ...
Anyway good luck with the R1 as peeps have said post some pics as we love pics on here, oh and yes you will need a sense of humour with all the banter on here. So welcome
Stephen aka Cilla

Can't beat a bit of banter,I'll go upload a pic the now.
Std except for a steering damper,my mate flipped it whilst pulling a mono and even though there was no damage to the panels, well pretty much no damage he fancied a change and bought the Santander panels, but the original ones that were fitted are there.
New tyres,discs,mot etc.
Plan is to use the bike for track days next year,I want to get back in to them and I'd prefer a track specific bike. I'll see how it goes.
