Just a note to say hi, i joined the UK forum way back when i first got a 14B, i initially thought this is the same forum as I recognised quite a few members. my old login seamed to work also. so strange, so please forgive a couple of posts before introducing myself.

Anyway, its good to see a UK based forum back on line.

I've had 3 14B R1's loved em all. Last year i tried the MT09, cracking bike great fun. I traded both for he 2015 R1. Picked it up yesterday, and if the weather gets better, hope to ride some this weekend.

All the best!

Rode 2015 R1 for about 150 miles.Things that annoyed me on 14B like slow steering, low screen, not good at low speed are all improved. you can even do about 30MPH in 4th gear without it trying to stall. 14B riders will know what i mean.

Need to get used the the electronics, or at least what they are doing. Anti Wheelie (LIF) seems quite intrusive. Might set up a 'Road' mode and turn it off.

Very pleased.

Mine is one of these before PDI. Post more later.
