2015 r1 first time yam owner

Hi all just bought the new r1 2015 thought I'd join up,say hello need to start bolting on parts now I'm being patient about what parts I put on I'm awaiting the arrow link pipe and slip on and tail tidy the graves yamaha ones seems the easiest to fit and looks great I'm not into cutting wires on limes ect

Hi Phil and welcome to the forum. Once bitten by the R1 bug you will never look back.
Enjoy your new R1, I test ride one a few weeks back, they are bloody fantastic.

Humm...... Sore subject mate, been thinking long and hard and I'm not too sure now, purely because of the cost to change and I'm not working and have to make me pennies go a long way
at the end of the day, it's going to cost the best op art of £16.5k £3.8k for the R6, or £8k for the R1, either way it's going to cost £8.5k to £12k to swap, unless I PX them both , but then I will have only one bike and a bike that's not useable in the winter...... Plus there is other things the boss is wanting to do to the house....... So I'm not too sure really
Plus having the anniversary, which I really do love and the R6 I'm still a very lucky old boy

You need to host the pics in photobucket and then copy the IMG link into your post.

If you google photo bucket you should find it, you upload your pics and then copy the IMG link into your post . I think there are some instructions in the gallery section of the forum. Failing that monkey boy aka jompy will be along in a bit with a link
