Best solution is flashing the ECU. Waterless coolants have different physical properties to water and are best avoided in high performance engines.

Yes, there is a method using the float height. It is tricky though, as you have to hold the carbs at the correct angle as they are almost downdraught.

If you have a constant 12V at the connector, it must be the clocks. That circuit only supplies backup power to the trip meters, nothing else.
