Glad you like the project, I feel a bit of a fraud with it having 4 wheels!
I have started a project thread at http://www.yamahar.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=11905" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Newbie
Heres a view with a Spitfire fibreglass bonnet in place. The bonnet needs the wheel arches cutting out and moving 3" higher and 2" out. The back of the bonnet needs cutting off and moving 12" further back, then the gaps need filling and a bulge for the airbox needs to be fitted. A mould will be ...
Re: Newbie
Well that seemed to work ok :D
The bulge in the bonnet is for the airbox on the engine, which gives you an idea of how far back it will be. The engine is rotated through 90 degrees so the face of the sprocket is towards the flange on the diff. The sprocket is replaced by an adaptor for a propshaft ...

Thanks for the warm welcome.
I will sort out a photobucket account and post up some photos.
In the meantime, here someone else's in-car footage from the Plum Pudding races at Mallory Park on Boxing Day last year. The Suzuki TLR powered car is the yellow one (number 33), which is a couple of rows ...

Hi,
Just thought I would introduce myself. I had a bike donkeys years ago but soon realised it wouldn't be too long before I did myself a nasty mischief and so designed and built a little sports car in the 80's. I then went on to fit a Suzuki TL1000R V-twin in one of them, and I am currently ...
