Cheers pal, been reading up on it as much as I can and a few saying to mess about with fueling and buying a power commander and then to get it set up on a dyno. Thought it was going a bit to far for 6bhp.

Had a quick look. Do you basically just saw the plastic flap of the airbox? Can see its gona give it loads more air intake. There any parts need to be bought?

Have done around a thousand miles and am happy with it, think I will just do the front for now then, cheers. When you say air box mod? What's that involve? I've put a k&n filter in and got a new pipe so I've done away with the old exup exhaust pipe completely. Am I miles away here?
