Is`nt the 4xv more likely to have gearbox problems than the 5jj and 5pw?

Colour is not the most important factor(as long as it`s not yellow or green), condition is priority no1.

I`ve just been and had a look at that 5pw and i dont think it`s for me, sometimes you can just tell within the first 10 seconds if you know what i mean, so i`ll carry on looking i`m in no rush really except that i want one now!

I`m in cardiff, the guy said he would probably take 2600, i`m just a bit concerned about the lack of history, the number of owners and the exup removal.
My budget is 2500-2800 so maybe i wont get anything better for that sort of money, perhaps the 5jj or 4xv is the way to go?
