Parents have a place down in Nerja. There are some cracking roads over the mountains - would LOVE to take the R1 over one day. Nice tight twisties with cracking tarmac ;)

Just moved to Catral nr Alicante, was living 40 km further south in a place called Pinar de Campoverde.......You are right, the roads are cracking, some lovely rides out around the mountains...perfect for the R1. But...there is a but...F**k they can be slippery too !!!. Must admit I wouldn't move back to the UK unless circumstances change.....
On a different note.......Do you have the same thing in England with Harley riders totally Ignoring you ??....In Spain there an Ignorant lot of

Hello mate, welcome.
There's a lot of cruiser riders that nod only at cruisers and sportsbike riders that nod only at others sportsbike riders.
I don't give a damn as I ride a Harley and an R1 and nod at every fucker. Too many snobs if ya ask me.
Enjoy the forum.

Pete I also nod at every fucker I see on 2 wheels but wonder if I'm the only Cnut that nods the amount of times I get 'blanked'...
Oh nearly forgot...welcome in Martin

No Mate, Its still up for sale at BadBoyz Motos, since I traded it back in...The owner of the Shop Built it..Guy from Manchester.....Builds a lot of Choppers and that sort of S**te (Each to their Own).
Think the bike is up for 5500Euros, as Bikes/Cars in Spain just seem to hold their money....Suppose they just don't Rust !!!
See you have a 98 Streetfighter ?...Have you any pics on here mate ??...

Welcome in Martin some nice bikes there. You will get used to our sense of humour, peeps mostly friendly, those that bite have muzzles fitted, loads of advice.

I'm also impressed in that you got Jompy to put up a really nice pic of his half an R1, it actually looks good in a field without its humungus top box.

So welcome and enjoy the banter :P
