NEWB saying HI

Hi all,

Just joined the forum and looking forward to talking about all things R1 with all you guys that have taste by purchasing a Yamaha ; ).

Quick spiel about me, been riding since 2010. Only ever owned two bikes; R1 2008 and the 2015 (RED). I'm 27 and have a need for speed.

I am currently in the process of "pimping" my R1. Currently has an Akrapovic slip-on, R&G tail tidy, and OEM seat cowl. Akrapovic link pipe will be fitted this Saturday so once it's on pictures will follow, if i can work out all that photo bucket stuff ; )


Feels good to join the community, look forward to conversing.

Welcome in mate, ive the 2015 as well , in blue, aint pimped mine yet, been too busy riding it , love it tae bits :D
