Hello, I'm a wally. I ride a red 2001 5JJ R1 and enjoy equal time spent on road and on track. She's being slowly and as cheaply as possible upgraded and currently sports K-tech springs to my weight, yokes dropped 5mm, Wilbers race rear shock, Full titanium Akrapovic 4-1 system, stubby brake levers. Over winter I have bought and are now ready to fit, BMC race filter, Dynojet stage 1 kit, race sintered brake pads, lightweight Lithium battery, AIS block off plugs to remove AIS and a new conti race attack street rear tyre (190/55). All of this so far stands me at £550 ....should have bought a race bike and stuck an MOT on it....

Going off your list of parts you have already and what you want it to do I'd suggest looking for some lightweight wheels, not cheap I know but one of the best mod's to do IMO
