Anyone want to join an R1 endurance team 2016?

Hi Guys, just popped in to see if anyone has an ACU licence and wants to join the 3 possibly 4 rider team I am putting together for the NLR newcomer 1000cc endurance championship in 2016.

I have a 5VY and would obviously want the rest of the team to have r1s as well, make it an all Yammy team.

I'm still wearing my orange bib but that will be cast aside mid season.

Let me know; you don't have to be as fast as Lorenzo, but a degree of fitness and the ability to string together 20-25 CONSISTENT laps at UK tracks would really be a help lol

Welcome to the forum Bernie #65, quite a few of the guys on here have their ACU licence and race or have raced, sadly I'm not one, far too slow but hay we can't all be the same.

Welcome to the forum Bernie, like Steve I am too slow and have very little experience at UK tracks so this won't be for me, but I am sure you find some others on here that are willing and able !

Would be interesting for you to start a thread here when the season starts and let us know how you get on, if you want any YamahaR.co.uk decals for your bikes let us know

Hi, welcome.
Endurance is a doddle on my VFR(especially in the winter with my heated grips), although I do like to stop for the odd picnic.
