Hi, Thanks for letting me join the group, I am currently building a 5vy R1 , This has been a long term project from either lack of funds, moving house or just trying to find parts. I do not get a lot of time to play with it due to my unit is 40 minutes drive away , I purchased it around four years ago as a one owner bike ,But used in all weather, It was cheap and had just sold my mint one to release funds for another house. My intentions was a quick tart up then use it, Problem being im abit fussy so it ended up being abit more than a quick fix.

Had a great idea to buy a house in the country with a double garage . Just the job . Problem is much like the house it needs a lot lot of love . Next year it should be finished then all toys can be moved over to make life easier .

Good luck with the tart up bud , they always take longer and cost more than you think & then some wanker goes and waves shiny bits under your nose
