It's time to say hello
Hi last year I went to the nec and sat on an r1, bad move, the next time I should be riding it out of the shop to the Leicester side of Derby.so keep it sunny side up and long live the summer and I hope to meet many of you at meetings during this a future years

welcome in mate the new r1 is a lovely machine - so what ya got currently and what have you had previously - include pics if you've got any
- theres a good few on here starting to twitch with impatience waiting for their new bikes.
we have a few brothers around leicester & derby (& everywhere else in the uk) and a few in europe and new zealand - so get stuck-in and enjoy all that forum membership brings

Welcome to the forum Andrew, the same happened to me back in 2003, went to the NEC wanting to see the new blade, fell in love with the R1, got one and have never looked back
and have never regretted it.
