Hi all,
After commuting on my 5VY R1 for 200 miles / day for a few months, (owning and using it daily for 5 years) then it being left in the garage for nearly a year as I changed jobs, cycled more, family duties etc, I'm booking a trackday which led to battery, oil, filter change which led to brake discs, pads and fluid which showed up a knackered rear shock..... all of which looking through this forum has helped with, I used to spend a fair amount of time on therevcounter.com and visordown.com before that so looking forward to seeing what I've missed in the motorbike world since then
