Hello again.
Hello again.
Hi all.
I'm new but I'm not new. I'm newish!
I registered last year but couldn't log on and,, well,,, it's a long & troubled story!
I have a 99 R1, but haven't ridden a bike in 28 years so I'm terrible.
But I'm still alive so I must be doing something right!

Well if you're gonna go out there's no flasher way than on an R1!
Seriously though, welcome and enjoy the site. Plenty of help and advice in here when you need it. Enjoy brushing up your skills.

Re: Hello again.
Welcome back, good luck with sorting the lawn mower and the R1, as the guys say, take your time when you get back on her, she will only go as fast as your right hand allows, so control the urge to snap the throttle open, build your skills back up over loads of miles in the saddle.
Welcome

Hi and welcome (back) [emoji3] enjoy getting back into the riding again, no rush, ride your own ride if you're out in company. The more time on the bike the better you'll feel. Nice classic R1 [emoji106]
Good luck with the job hunting too

I tried to log on today.jompy wrote:So hat as your original forum name ?
Up came my username & password. Incorrect name or password message. Use forgot my password. Said none of my email addresses are on the database.
Then tried to register.
Wouldn't let me register because all the email addresses that I was told were not on their database are on their database & were already in use!
Then tried a 4th email address that I don't use much because it takes too long to spell out, but kept my original name & nothing was said about the name already being,,,.... oh F_+*&*k this is a terrible story.
I apologise. You can wake up now!!
