Re: Hi
Hi Paul, welcome to the forum, I’m guessing you have had a little off or dropped the bike.... good luck in your search for the bits you need.
The bangers make such a wonderful sound. I loved mine [emoji3]
So what do you like about your current bike and what would you change? I hated the snatchy throttle on mine but a flash or pcv sorts that out
Welcome

Re: Hi
A lot of people have complained about having a snatchy throttle down low on the 14b's and the re-map is said to sort this along with reduced engine braking which is said to be quite severe .
To be honest mate I don't own a 14b and for me a standard one would be fast enough BUT the flash takes away all the emission restrictions and make the engine run as it should , most the people that have posted about a re-map have raved about it .
Have a look at r1Mike's Velox racing section and all your questions will be answered and have a read in the 14b section .
The wife had her 796 hypermotard re-mapped by a guy she knew through the trade , She'd bought a set of termi's for it which came with a "racing" ECU and I'd bought her a de-cat . The ECU & termi's made a difference but the biggest change noticeable was the sound , she then took the bike to Geoff who stuck it on his Dyno and re-mapped it . When we picked the bike up and Jen rode it home we'd got a few miles from Geoff's and Jen had had seemed a bit quiet so when we pulled up at a some roadworks I asked if the bike was ok ? And she leaned across with a big beaming grin said "it's like a different bike " and roared off
