I’ve bought a 2018 R1. Pick it up in the new year. Then turn it into a track bike as don’t ride on the road.

Welcome to the forum Andrew, you won’t be disappointed with your purchase, the 2CR and M are both excellent bikes, a real joy to ride.

I have the same bike and did the same as you are.
You got anything in mind yet what you're going to do yet??

To begin with Brembo master cylinder and hel lines do away with abs. Decent set of brake pads. Gb racing engine covers etc. Domino quick action throttle. Fairings probably crc. Pipewerx link and can. Maybe a k-tech shock, might ride it first with standard or are they not upto much?
