You've probably fitted the new reg/rec by now but here are some photos. There's not much to see with the rear cowling in place so I hope they help.

The plug to the stator.
This shows the new cables from the reg/rec to the battery.
The wiring in the bottom left is nothing to do with the reg/rec. It's a direct feed to the headlight and horn relays.

The fuse holder sits to the side of the battery.
