Been a long long long time since I posted on any forum, but here I find myself. The reason being a recently acquired R1 (5VY) track bike which I'm hoping to learn more about here, as I've never owned an R1 before.

You will find this is not your average forum. They are a really good bunch on of guys and girls, well at least 2 girls i can think of. Its more of a community of people that don't do Facebook forums.

Its a but quiet to say the least in winter so be patent.

If the guys can help they will.
