Hello from Derbyshire newbie

Hi all
Just want to say hello to fellow R1 riders and look forward to reading the posts and getting the level of the queens English you can get away with.
Mine is a 5VY model but for the track only but my Christ is it quick - never be good enough to push this baby to its limits.
Anyway - on with the reading and look forward to some interesting banter.

Hi mate
I'm just outside of Swadlincote south of Derby so not a million miles away. Come through your way sometimes on the pilgrimage to Matlock, bakewell etc, my road bike is totally different to a track bike - it's a gsx1400 with Campbell sidewinders - sounds the nuts.
Off to snetterton on 28th this month - cant wait. I'm not a fastie, had a year in novice on a thundercat which was awesome so just stepped up to inters. Fast group is just a dream

I'm down hartshorne road mate down from clock roundabout. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't even know k-tech were in moira - cue abuse now
That's handy as I want to sort front end out on my gsx1400.
