How to do it?
In Safari, tap on the menu bar. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.(If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.)

There is a slight issue where the chat can end up getting mixed up in the bottom of the window, I am speaking to the developer of the Chat Mod and he has seen what it is but hasn't come back to me with a fix yet, for now if the text gets near the bottom and mixed up with the text that is already there then just refresh the page (CTRL and F5) or click the portal button again.
I''ll update here when it is fixed.
