It could well be Medtech off the old forum,i dont think its Raceengineer,Bubs already questioned that guy on this forum

Medtech/racengineer - same/same

Now,looking at the links i think your right Mr o`C,Medtech deffo had some Arbarth fairings for sale on the old forum,and in your first link http://www.r1-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=359617" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the fairings are there,i never realised that the two were the same person i bought some stuff off Medtech and they turned up and at a great price too tbf
