Welcome in Mark
Nice bike
My Mrs rode Portimao the other year when bridgestone launched they're S20 & she had to go for 3 days expense's paid to test the tyre . . . . . . it's a hard life lol
She said it's a great track & taking the last turn unto the start finish straight can be interesting if your not used to it & your only practice is on an old copy of sbk on ps3 as it doesn't show the hump in the middle of the bend where you loose sight of the track !

Any riding/driving history you would like to share and how about some interesting pics. Some here cannot read
OK driving first: started off racing off road with the AWDC, cut down Range Rover then a Blower special (crashed that quiet heavy so rebuilt it and sold it) the went Caterham racing, did the academy then the grads until I moved overseas.
motor bikes: late starter passed test at 28 then went dispatch riding in London then a big gap!! then when I mover to Portugal I bought a XR650 which I crashed quite heavy (can you a connection?) after 4 operations and almost 2 years getting the leg sorted, I rebuilt and sold the XR650, little gap then a R6 which started the interest in track riding and here I am.
i'll sort some pic when I can work out how it is done!! lol
BTW thanks for all the welcomes.......nice

Re: Hello from Portugal
hard life indeed! yes nice track, the last bend is interesting more so if the wind is blowing as it tends to come down the pit straight and want to stand up the bike as you come round.jompy wrote:Welcome in Mark
