Re: Saying Hi from wales
Hi all, and thanks for remembering me. Yes I was a member of the old forum it seemed to disappear and then I was sidetracked, and didn't catch up. I thought a lot of user names seemed familiar!
I'm from Pontypridd and 43 and went to Coed y lan
The bike has had a few mods
Ohlins ttx shock
Wp fork internals.
KN air filter.
Braided lines.
hh pads.
Harris rearsets.
Renthal clip ons.
Single seat.
Akrapovich cans.
Akrapovich Cat removal.
Power commander, now removed looking to reflash the ecu (seems more elegant)
Quick action throttle.
AIS removed.
-1 front sprocket.
Titanium/stainless bolts used when I could afford them (it keeps the bike looking new).
Combined indicator rear light.
Flush mounted front indicators.
Light weight battery.
Medium feel grips.
Iridium plugs.
Carbon mudguards
Carbon tank infills
And a shed load of trackdays Almeria, Jerez, Portimao, Silverstone, Donnington, Mallory ,Brands indy, Pembrey and Llandow (great track) (although not many in the last year)
I think that pretty much covers it.
I'm looking for advice on the ecu and tps settings. i'll start a new thread in the forum for more details.
Thanks for the welcome, will try and contribute as much as I can.

Re: Saying Hi from wales
Hopefully Ive done this right the pics should be here........
Sorry about the poor quality but the bike is still in bits after changing the plugs, which after changing the plugs after advice on here, have cured the misfire. Just gotta get ride of the o2 sensor fault now!!

And one of my other bike an Aprilia rs250. Its stripped down at the moment but should be ready for summer.

Hope this works!!

Started riding scramblers up Graigwen in Pontypridd when I was a teenager. Didn't get my road licence until I was 30, one of the biggest regrets of my life.

welcome in bud, I remember that sweet 4c8 from the old forum

Do not confuse my personality with my attitude. My personality is who I am. My attitude depends on who you are............
