Spot on! Basically they turn it into a "supply and demand" model, just that they play a part in making sure that supply of this COE is always lower than demand, to keep the COE value high. We gotta buy the COE paper overtime we buy new vehicles. We too can't figure it out why we can't just transfer over the remaining years left of the paper to the next vehicle.LOCKE wrote:Do you have to pay that every time you change car/bike?
