Jesus christ that was hard work disconnecting the cat! Ended up needing several run ups with a big hammer to shock it off are they usuall that seized on?!?!

When i install my Y pipe am i ok puttin some white grease around it to help it on? Soz for newb questions but im a noob first tome doing this :-S

Just gotta wait for it to arrive hopefully tomorrow! :-D

Whatever u put on u got to remember it's going to get kin hot so check melting points etc where u get decat from

Bought a brand new Mivv one mate at your advice, got it off ebay for £115 which i was happy with :-)

Did you put owt on yours when you installed it or just went in dry! Ooo err!

Think I just emery clothed the end of pipe clean put it on dry from what I remember

Your just lubing up to get it in easier yeah ? So your not bothered about the grade staying on ?
I can't see it being a problem as the grade will burn off , maybe a tad smokey for a while though
