just a quick intro to say hello from Cork
great site, bought an 09 R1 but pre big bang model in January, first sportsbike and (respectfully
) enjoying the performance!

@irish-r1 I pass through tullamore often enough with work but prob a bit far for a spin
Here's a photo soon after I got her, bought in Dublin and maiden voyage was about 170miles home, a buddy had said before that on a sportsbike everywhere is at 100miles an hour, I can see his point now.. Coming from a z750 naked I felt any speed, on the R1 though it's effortless
The bike had less than 7000km (about 4500mls) when I bought it, the guy went a bit mad with stickers though, I've removed most and i've changed the white mudguard to original and added an r&g tail tidy, no pics since though
