New Guy

Post by NateDore »

Hi everyone i'm looking to buy my first R1 soon, i've got my heart set on a 2012 in matte grey. I currently ride a ducati streetfighter stealth black but before that i had an R6. I'll be selling my streetfighter soon to fund the R1 but i wanted to get myself on a forum in case there are any questions i need answering before buying my new bike. Thanks, Nathan .

Welcome to the forum Nathan, and good luck on your search for the perfect 2012 R1 , they changed models slightly that year, the 14b was replaced by the 14be which had traction control a revised front end and a few moe tweaks which I can't remember but basically they are the same. Either bike is cracking and has a sound track to die for

Welcome in Mate, I love the looks of the Matte Grey bike, Make sure you test ride one first, they are very different, but as you like your Duke, you should love it
