Thanks everyone for the welcome, on the look out for a seat cowl if anyone stumbles across one - one on ebay at the min but wants £100 with a scuff on it ...... Might end up ordering an after market powerbronze one at £85 ......

Make sure you check out the power bronze seat cowl out before you buy , my wife bought one for my 4xv a couple of years ago for £60 odd and it turned out that supposedly it couldn't be removed using the key , it was a £5 piece of plastics with two sticky pad cable holders to hold it at the back and a bracket with nothing to screw it to for the front !
