I'm not a spring chicken nor an old fart, just a 45 yr old that gets on with the R1 better
than other two wheeled dream machines.

Welcome to the forum mate, you have come to the right place for R1 advice. Regarding age, it's just a number and you are as old as you feel, notice I didn't say as old as the woman you feel as my wife is almost sixty and I'm still a childish well nearly 57 going on 7
