Welcome in Chris,we did try and contact as many old members as we had details for,but obviously yours would be some we hadnt got :(

As for painters in the midlands, try Mark @ http://www.cordwellsmotorcycles.co.uk/contact.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ,tell him your a member on the R1 forum and he should(if you remind him) give you 20% discount ;)

Hi Chris. Glad you made it over from BCF ok.

When you get a chance to post up the other pics like you did on BCF it makes for a good pictorial story

haha cheers andy, currently aiming for the end of the week, but realistically now it may run into next week ,
and i think you may be a little better off with me back on the r1 as im gonna be riding it like its made of glass ,
will let you know when its ready, looking to go to ashby folville next month too, its been on my to do list for ages :D
I'll give you a week before you're wringing it's neck like the rest of us with R1's :liar: anyway last one to the pub pays :D
I think Ashby Folville is great for bikes, classic cars and even traction engines turn up, but take a flask as once you're there you wont get out early and watch for piggy's on routes in and out , last time I was there they had one cop car there and with the piggy's blocked in the crush up at the pub end of the village, some bloke took the opportunity to piss on there car roof :D they could see him and hear the cheers but couldn't get to him before he disappeared back into the crowd

Andy.
