welcome back blakey, tapatalk is another good way fella, i am also newish to this forum and wasnt around the old slow one..

2x newbie pages , poor steve will need a lay down working this one out

As with your exup post I know that the pic is while you are working on it so not complete.
I assume that the u shape tang on the top pulley is directly over the hole at around 10 oclock while at rest?
Just another thing to check.

Yes Chap sure did. She was a great bike. Just had enough of messing with carbs now! although in fairness she never gave me much bother.
